PEP Delivery via PAXI:

R70 for standard delivery (7-9 business days)

R120 for express delivery (3-5 business days) - recommended
Kindly note: The above PEP Delivery via PEP PAXI does not include our (2-7 days) dispatch time which will affect the amount of time it takes for you to receive your order.​

Please note that the R10 fee serves as insurance to protect your parcel against loss or damage. If any issues arise, we promptly reach out to PAXI for assistance.

This delivery service (PAXI) sends parcels from our nearest PEP store to your preferred PEP store. When placing your order ensure you provide your closest/most preferred PAXI point or store code at checkout.

To proceed with an order, kindly note the following policies:

Exchanges/Refunds:

We do not offer any exchanges or refunds. The only exception will be if we made an error by sending out the incorrect order.

Delivery:

Delivery fees are non-refundable, uber pick-ups/connect are not available.

Failure to pick up your parcel on time may result in additional delivery charges.

We are not responsible for parcels discarded by PEP due to missed collections.

If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not place an order as policies are non-negotiable.

At checkout, ensure the correct store/PAXI code is used. We will not be held responsible for incorrect information provided.

Hair type:

We sell synthetic and human hair blends. None of our units are 100% human hair (PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PLACING ORDER).

In the instance that we offer human hair, kindly note that it is LIMITED and based on a first come first serve basis.
