Q: What services do you offer?
A: We offer quality human blend and synthetic wigs. As well as extensions (hairpiece), haircare products and hair accessories.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: We do not have a physical store. We are an online based business.
Q: Do you offer customisation?
A: We do not offer any form of customization. Example: Bleaching and Plucking.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Our standard delivery time is 2-7 (working days). Kindly note this is excluding the PAXI delivery turnaround time of 3-9 (working days) depending on which delivery option you select.
Q: Do you offer exchanges/refunds?
A: We do not offer exchanges or refunds. The only exception will be if we made an error by sending out the incorrect order. All sales are final.
Q: What are your operating hours?
A: We are open (Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 17:00) and (Saturday from 09:00 - 15:00).

Q: Do you sell human hair?
A: Our main priority and focus are offering quality and affordable human blends and synthetic wigs. We also offer extensions, haircare tools and hair accessories. However, we only offer a limited range of human hair which will be communicated.
